My final relief project was a mixture of high and low relief. It was a lizard that was made into four tiles. You can see the low relief in the engraved shaped on each tile. The high relief is found in the way that the lizard almost comes off of the slabs. I scored and slipped the lizard onto the tiles to make it appear this way. I used glazed the lizard in a green paint with blue glass in it which made it look really cool. I used acrylic paint in the background to make the lizard pop out more. I melted glass into the shaped in the ground. I really like the way this piece turned out and I feel like all my hard work really paid off.
